以宜居思想为导向的大型保障性社区规划探索——以松江佘山北保障性社区为例

Planning Exploration on Large Welfare-oriented Community Guided by the Livable Thought:Case Study of Songjiang North Sheshan Welfare-oriented Community

近年来,我国各地都在大规模建设面向城市中低收入群体的保障性住房,由此形成了大量的大型保障性社区。高标准、高要求的规划设计对提升大型保障性社区的居住质量至关重要。通过佘山北保障性社区的规划实践,该文探索了将宜居思想导入大型保障性社区规划的可能性。只有将宜居思想贯彻到大型保障性社区的规划布局与设计营造中去,强调可持续发展、因地制宜和以人为本,才能使保障性社区在解决弱势群体住房问题的基础上,成为宜居的社区。

In recent years, affordable housing projects for urban low-income groups are under practice extensively in our country. Thus, numerous large welfare-oriented communities have been formed. High standards, high requirements on planning are essential to improve the living quality in large welfare-oriented community. Through north $heshan welfare-oriented community planning practice, this paper explores the possibility on importing livable ideology into large welfare- oriented community planning. Only by means of putting emphasis upon sustainable development, taking actions that suit local circumstances and taking people as the foundation, large welfareoriented communities can become livable communities based on solving the housing problems of vulnerable groups.
