3S Talent Training Model Based on School-enterprise Cooperation:Teaching Reform of Higher Vocational Exhibition Major

基于校企合作的3S人才培养模式,企业为学生提供参与工作的机会,学生利用企业的工作环境提升自身的工作技能,高职院校与企业在实操、实训和实用3个层面上进行合作,通过跨界培养、育用结合的方式,最终培养出符合国家对职业教育的要求,适合会展企业需求的高素质会展辅助型人才。

Based on the 3S Talent Training Model based on school-enterprise cooperation, companies provide work opportunities for students, and students enhance their job skills in corporate work environment. Vocational colleges and enterprises cooperate in three levels： practical operation, training and practicality, and ultimately train high-quality exhibition talents who can meet the requirements for vocational education and exhibition industry through the ways of cross-field training and combination of education and practicality crosstraining.
