摘要
随着经济的不断发展,施工企业面临的竞争压力也越来越大,而加强物资管理是有效提高企业竞争力的重要途径。虽然很多施工单位都采取了很多措施进行物资管理,但是施工企业在物资管理上还存在许多不足,而物资管理对于保障整个项目施工的降本成本、保证质量和提高企业效益有着非常重要的作用。文章从供应链管理的思想入手,分析了施工企业在物资管理中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的若干措施。
