本文介绍沈阳南站市政交通工程匝道桥钢箱梁的制作工艺及技术要求。对钢箱梁结构选材、区段划分、焊接工艺及焊接顺序、单元体加工制作顺序、分段组装等工序进行了阐述。

This paper describes production process and technical requirements for ramp bridge steel box girder in Shenyang South Station municipal traffic engineering. The selection of steel box girder structure, sections division, welding technology and welding sequence, processing and production order of unit body and segmented assembly processes are described.
