摘要
大量的文献资料均对工程造价管理中存在的问题进行了论述,也都提出了相应的措施。但在诸多问题中,核心还是在于从事工程造价行业的专业人员的整体素质问题。因此,作者针对造价从业人员队伍发展的现状及存在的问题,提出了自己的几点建议。
A lot of literatures are discussed on the problems of project cost management and have put forward the corresponding measures. But in these problems, the core lies in the overall quality of the cost engineer team. Therefore, the author puts forward several suggestions in view of the present situation of cost engineer team.
