改造平面闸门的探析

摘要 平面闸门广泛应用于水工建筑物中,文章介绍了一种启门摩擦力较小,能够安全运行的露顶式平面闸门,把启门阻力分解,在闸门开启前先解决泥沙对闸门的吸附摩擦力,降低了启门力,相对降低了河道水头,减轻了其它摩擦阻力。该露顶式平面闸门,由门板、加强筋、吊耳及长半圆吊耳孔、吊耳轴、止水橡皮等组成。 The plane gate is widely used in hydranlic structures. The paper presents a emersed plane gate with open gate less friction. It can run safely. To decompose the gate resistance, we must solve the adsorption friction of sediment to the gates befor opening to reduce door open force, relatively lower the channel head and reduce other friction. The emersed plane gate is composed of the door, ribs, hanging ears and long hanging ears semicircle, lug shaft, sealing rubber and other components.
