对邯郸市生态水网构建的思考

Considerations on Ecological Water Network Construction in Handan City

2006年以来,邯郸市建设了"一号生态工程",这是一项关于民生的生态水网建设,取得了较好的成绩,使得邯郸市重新拥有了勃勃生机。邯郸市的生态水网建设主要是对于原来拥有的河道以及水利设施进行必要的修缮,通过此方法来恢复原貌,并在此基础之上对邯郸市的水资源进行优化配置,使得水资源可以更好地被利用,从而可以为邯郸市的经济发展提供了更好的水资源保障。本文主要简单阐释一下邯郸市生态水网建设的设计情况,分析建设这个工程的必要性以及可行性,并对它的效益进行一些分析。

Since 2006, Handan City constructed ＂No.1 Ecological Engineering＂ which is an ecological water network on the livelihood of the people, and has achieved good results, making the Handan City vibrant. Handan ecological water network construction is mainly for the necessary repairs of original watercourse and water conservancy facilities to restore the original appearance and on this basis optimize the allocation of water resources in Handan, make full use of water resources, and provide a better water protection for Handan City＇s economic development. This article briefly explains the design status of Handan ecological water network construction, explores the necessity and feasibility of this project, and analyzes its effectiveness.
