浅谈如何在煤矿安全培训中强化安全意识教育

煤矿行业是危险性比较高的行业,每年都会有很多的安全事故报道出来。安全培训对于煤矿行业来说,是关系到生产经营利润的主要因素,是煤矿生产顺利进行的保障。但是安全培训绝对不是形式上的工作,这样的培训必须保证一定的效果才能真正的实现煤矿企业生产技术的不断提高,同时也促进了软硬件设备的研究和开发,最终有利于整个煤矿行业的向前发展。安全培训工作的开展的关键就在于对煤矿从业人员的专业素养的培养。笔者就目前煤矿行业的安全培训工作现实状况出发,在文中仔细的分析了煤矿行业的安全工作情形,并提出了相应的煤矿安全培训措施,促进煤矿行业人员安全意识的提高,在一定程度上降低煤矿行业安全事故的发生机率。

Safety training of coal mining industry is the main factor related to the production and operation profit, and it is the guarantee for coal mine production going smoothly. But the safety training is definitely formal work, the training must ensure certain effect that can truly achieve the continuous improvement of production technology of coal mining enterprises, also promotes the research and development of software and hardware equipment, and finally makes for the development of coal industry. The key to the safety training work of coal mine is the professional training. According to the present situation of coal mine industry, the author in the article carefully analyzes the safety work of coal industry, puts forward the corresponding measures to promote the enhancement of coal mine industry personnel＂ safety consciousness, and reduces the coal industry safety accident chance to a certain extent.
