西咪替丁在体内对地塞米松预处理鸡免疫状态的影响

In Vivo Effects of the H_2 Receptor Antagonist Cimetidine on Immunity in Dexamethasone treated Chicks

对地塞米松预处理鸡投以 1 0～ 1 0 0 mg/kg剂量的西咪替丁 ,进行了后者对前者作用影响的观察。结果表明 :地塞米松能抑制由伴刀豆球蛋白 A( con A)引起的鸡外周血淋巴细胞 ( BPL)之 IL- 2活性 ,而西咪替丁对这种抑制作用有显著的拮抗作用 ;地塞米松能抑制动物对绵羊红细胞( SRBC)和牛血清白蛋白 ( BSA)等 2种胸腺依赖性抗原和非胸腺依赖性抗原流产布鲁氏菌 ( BA)的抗体应答 ,但这种抑制作用会因西咪替丁逆转 ;西咪替丁能封闭地塞米松的对补体生产的抑制作用。

The effects of the H 2 receptor antagonist cimetidine in vivo was studied on the ConA and LPS response of chick peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBL), on the IL 2 activity of PBL induced by ConA, on the in vivo antibody response to two thymus dependent antigens SRBC and BSA,and to a thymus independent antigen Brucella abortus(BA) and on the production of complement in dexamethasone treated Chicks. The results indicated that dexamethasone treatment have no effects on the ConA and LPS response of chick PBL. It was shown that cimetidine at doses of 10～100 mg/kg could antagonize significantly the inhibition of dexamethasone on the IL 2 activity of PBL induced by ConA, reverse the suppression of dexamethasone on antibody responses to SRBC, BSA, and BA, block the nagative effect of dexamethasone on the production of complement. Levamisole had very similiar effects like cimetidine in antagonizing the nagative effect of dexamethasone on the immune function in chicks.
