摘要
对二百余个不同基因型水稻品种 (组合 )进行土培和砂培 ,用多个相对指标和绝对指标进行系统聚类分析 ,获得了大粒稻、汕优 6 3、巨粒稻等一批耐低磷基因型品种 (组合 )和新三百粒、沪占七、红二号等一批低磷敏感基因型品种 (组合 )。试验表明 ,应用土培和砂培相结合的方法筛选耐低磷基因型品种 (组合 )是可行的 ,与耐低磷基因型相比 。
Responses of more than 200 rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars (combinations) to low phosphate environment were evaluated. Based on the cluster analysis about the relative dry matter、grain yield、and phosphorus (P) uptake on the basis of per day and P content, rice cultivars were classified as tolerant genotypes (48 cultivars) and sensitive genotypes (39 cultivars) to low P environment. In greenhouse, the tolerant ability to P deficiency of 86 cultivars was selected to be identified at two P levels of 0.5mg/L and 10mg/L with sand culture. It showed that some cultivars (Dalidao、Shanyou63、Julidao et al.) are tolerant to low P defficerecy and some (Xinsanbaili、Huzhanqi、Hongerhao et al.) are sensitive genotypes. This indicated that the method using soil and sand cultures to screen tolerance genotypes was feasible. The decreased yield under the coudition of P defficerecy was due to the descent of the effective panicles per plant and seed setting.
