综合性康复措施对精神分裂症患者治疗效果的影响

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation measures on patients with schizophrenia.

目的探讨综合性康复措施包括家居化住院环境、开放式管理、系统性康复训练,多专业团队全程参与等对精神分裂症患者治疗效果的影响。方法选择2009年5月～2012年4月转入康复区患者50例及同期普通病区患者50例,康复区的患者采用家居化住院环境设置、开放式管理、予以系统的康复训练、并接受多专业团队介入;普通区采用封闭的住院环境及病房管理、除基本的生活能力训练之外不安排其他康复训练项目,选用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、住院精神病人康复评定量表(IPROS)3个量表,对两组患者分别进行入组前及入组后半年评估。结果康复区患者PANSS总分、PANSS阳性分、PANSS阴性分、SDSS、IPROS改善程度均明显高于普通病区患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对精神分裂症患者进行综合性康复措施,可以明显提高治疗效果,应大力推广。

Objective To examine the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation measures on patients with schizophrenia.The household hospital environment,the open management,the systemic rehabilitation training and participants from various professional teams were included. Methods We chose 50 schizophrenic inpatients who lived in rehabilitation area and ordinary area from May 2009 to April 2012 respectively.The former was the studied group who were treated with the comprehensive rehabilitation measures,the posterior was the control group who lived in the containing hospital environment and were treated with no rehabilitation measures except for the basic viability training.The clinical effects were evaluated by the Positive And Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS）,the Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS）and the Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scales（IPROS）before and after treatment for 6 months. Results There were higher improvements in the total score of PANSS,PANSS positive and negative scale,SDSS and IPROS in the studied group than in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation measures are more favourable to schizophrenic inpatients and worthy to spread.
