腹腔镜胆囊切除术35例的护理配合与观察

The observation and coordination of nursing in the 35 laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients

目的探讨并分析腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中护理配合的方法及临床效果。方法对于2009年6月～2010年2月在我院就诊的35例接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者的病例资料进行回顾性的分析。对患者在接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术过程中的护理配合方法进行总结性论述。结果所有接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的35例患者,在合理有效护理方法的配合下手术均获成功,无不良反应或并发症发生。结论合理有效的护理配合能够保证腹腔镜胆囊切除手术顺利的进行,从而提高手术的成功率及患者的康复速度。

Objective To discuss the application of nursing and clinical effects. Methods 35 laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients in our hospital from June 2009 to February 2012 were analysed retrospectively.The nursing coordination measures during the laparoscopic cholecystectomy were summarized. Results All the laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients were successfully treated with the help of effective nursing measures,no adverse reaction or complication occured. Conclusion Effective nursing measures can support the laparoscopic cholecystectomy,raise the operational success rate and speed the patients＇ recovery.
