护理干预对提高肠造口患者生活质量的影响

Analysis of the influence of nursing intervention on improvement of quality of life of patients with enterostomy

目的研究与探讨护理干预对提高肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法采用随机对照法选取直肠癌术后肠造口患者40例,分成实验组和对照组,实验组由责任护士从入院到出院后1个月、3个月电话回访实施全程护理干预;对照组实施常规护理措施,两组均在半年门诊复查时发放生活质量核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30),EORTC QLQ-C30中文版具有较好的信度、效度及反应度,可用于中国癌症患者的生命质量测定。收集资料并进行统计学分析。结果干预组各项EORTC QLQ-C30在实施全程护理干预前后之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过护理干预可以有效提高肠造口患者的生活质量。

Objective To research and explore the impact of nursing interventions on improvement of the quality of life of patients with enterostomy. Methods 40 cases of rectal carcinoma patients with enterostomy were divided into experimental and control groups randomly. The experimental group was received a follow-up nursing intervention by telephone interview when lmonth and 3 month after discharge from hospital. The patients in control group were conducted routine nursing care. Both groups were asked to complete a questionare of EORTC QLQ-C30 during their recertification in outpatient clinic. The EORTC QLQ-C30 （Chinese version） can be used to measure quality of life of cancer patients for its good reliability, validity and responsiveness. Data was collected and analyzed by statistics. Results The EORTC QLQ-C30 and the intervention group had statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05） between before and after the implementation of the entire nursing intervention on. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with enterostomy.
