摘要
目的研究探讨亚健康对大学生的危害以及护理干预对大学生亚健康的作用。方法选取处于亚健康状态的大学生120名,随机分为3组,家庭教育组,心理调适组和对照组,每组40例,其中对照组不进行任何的护理干预,1年后同时对家庭教育组、心理调适组和对照组进行问卷调查测试。结果 1年后问卷调查显示家庭教育组和心理调适组得分明显低于干预前,家庭教育和心理调适两种护理干预措施对亚健康的改善作用无统计学差异(P>0.05),而对照组得分稍高于两个月前,甚至有部分学生发生疾病。结论亚健康对大学生有一定的危害,家庭教育和心理调适等护理干预有利于大学生亚健康状态的改善,对亚健康有治疗作用,值得推广。
Objective To study the hazards ot sub-healtla state to college stuueu intervention on the college students' sub-heahh. Methods 120 college students in sub-health state were randomly divided into three groups, namely the family education group, the psychological adjustment group and the control group, with 40 students in each group.The control group did not receive any nursing intervention. One year later, the family education group, the psychological adjustment group and the control group received a questionnaire survey at the same time. Results After one year, the questionnaire survey showed that the scores of the home education group and the psychological adjustment group after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention, home education and psychological adjustment were not statistically different in the improvement of sub-health(P 〉 0.05), the scores of the control group were slightly higher than those two months ago, and some students even had diseases. Conclusion Sub-health has certain hazards to college students, and home education and psychological adjustment nursing interventions are conducive to improving the college students' sub-health state and have therapeutic effect on the sub-health, thus worthy promotion.
