慢性阻塞性肺疾病并急性呼吸衰竭患者血气分析及血流变指标的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病并急性呼吸衰竭患者血气分析及血流变指标的变化规律。方法选取2010年1月~2013年1月在本院科室进行治疗的COPD并急性呼吸衰竭患者35例,设为观察组,另选择同时期进行治疗的不伴有呼吸衰竭的COPD患者34例,设为对照组,测定两组患者的血气分析及血流变指标。结果观察组PaO2、PaCO2与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但SaO2两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度及红细胞聚集指数均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病并急性呼吸衰竭患者血气分析及血流变指标,可以为临床诊断及治疗提供依据。 Objective To study the characteristic variability of microcirculation and hemorheology indexes in the patients with COPD complicated with blood gas analysis and blood rheology indexes. Methods 35 cases with COPD complicated with acute respiratory failure from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,while 34 cases with COPD were selected as the control group at the same period of treatment. The indexes of nail microcirculation, microcirculation and hemorheology of two groups were measured. Results The observation group PaO2,PaCO2 compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). But the Sa02 between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P :〉 0.05).In the observation group, the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index were higher than those in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Detection of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute respiratory failure in patients with blood gas analysis and blood rheology index,can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
