肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折疗效观察

Effect observation of locking proximal humerus plate in the treatment of comminuted fracture of collum chirurgicum humeri

目的探讨肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗的临床效果。方法本研究选择肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用单纯石膏外固定治疗,观察组采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗。依据Cassebaum改良评分系统观察优良率,并记录并发症发生情况。结果观察组优良率为95%,对照组优良率为75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗可改善临床效果,降低并发症发生率,改善预后及患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking proximal humerus plate in the treatment of comminuted fracture of collum chirurgicum humeri. Methods 100 patients with comminuted fracture of collum chirurgicum humeri were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Each group was 50 cases. The control group were used simple plaster external fixation,while the observation group were treated with locking proximal humerus plate.The excellent rate of the patients were observed by modified Cassebaum scoring system,and the occurrence of complications were recorded. Results The excellent rate of the observation group（95%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（75%）.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The locking proximal humerus plate in the treatment of comminuted fracture of collum chirurgicum humeri can improve clinical effect,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis and life quality of the patients.
