保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的观察保妇康栓在治疗慢性宫颈炎方面的临床疗效。方法选择2009年8月～2010年1月来我院妇科门诊就诊的150例慢性宫颈炎的患者作为本次临床观察的研究对象,对其资料进行回顾性分析,根据其治疗方法分为观察组(保妇康栓组)和对照组(常规治疗组),每组75例,治疗14d后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者中,治愈48例,占64.00%,有效12例,占16.00%,显效10例,占13.33%,总有效率为93.33%;对照组患者中,治愈为31例,占41.33%,有效为10例,占13.33%,显效为16例,占21.33%,总有效率为76.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓在治疗慢性宫颈炎方面,治愈率高,总有效率高,用药安全,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods 150 cases with chronic cervicitis lived in our hospital from August 2009 to January 2010 were selected as study object and retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the observation group （the suppository group of Baofukang）and the control group（conventional treatment group）according to the treatment they accepted.75 cases in each group,14 days after treatment,compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results In the observaton group,the cured patients were 48,accounted for 64.00%, effective had 12 cases, accounted for 16.00%,number of valid cases were 10（13.33%）,total effective rate was 93.33%;in the control group,the cured patients were 31,accounted for 41.33%,effective had 10 cases, accounted for 13.33%,number of valid cases were 106（21.33%）,total effective rate was 76.00%.There had significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）,it had statistical significance. Conclusion Baofukang suppository in the treatment of chronic cervicitis, it has a high cure rate and total effective rate,and it＇s safety, worthy for clinical use.
