摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理服务模式在急诊中应用的效果。方法选取2012年8月~2012年10月门诊留观的120例患者为对照组,实施传统护理模式;选取2012年11月~2013年1月门诊留观的120例患者为观察组,实施无缝隙护理服务模式。对两组各项相关指标进行对比分析,进行效果评价。结果观察组在患者综合满意度,护理质量方面较对照组有明显提高,护理缺陷与护理投诉次数明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理服务模式可以提高患者护理质量和满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective 1o explore sea patients of outpatient observation from August 2012 to October 2012 were selected for the control group, they were implemented traditional care model; 120 patients of outpatient observation from November 2012 to January 2013 were selected for the observation group, they were implemented seamless care model.The relevant indicators of the two groups were compared, evaluated the effectiveness. Results Compared with the control group ,overall satisfaction and quality of care in observation group were improved significantly, nursing defects and complaints number were decreased obviously, there were statistical difference(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Seamless care service model can improve the quality of patient care and satisfaction,it's worthy of clinical application.
