护理干预对糖尿病足患者治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of the nursing intervention on patients with diabetic foot

目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病足患者治疗的临床效果。方法将98例糖尿病足患者随机分为两组,对照组49例给予常规护理,观察组49例则在对照组的基础上实施护理干预,并比较两组治疗的效果。结果观察组总有效率为91.84%明显高于对照组的71.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效防止糖尿病足的发生、发展,明显提高临床治疗的有效率,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the investigates nursing intervention on patients with diabetic foot. Methods The 98 cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 49 patients were received by the conventional care,observation group of 49 cases were taken care by the nursing interventions on the basis of the control group,and the effects of treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.84%,and the control group was 71.43%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of diabetic foot.develoDmentand significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency,improve the patient＇s quality of life.
