国内甘薯瘟病的研究动态及今后研究途径

The Study Developments and Study Ways on Ralstonia solanacearum at Home

甘薯瘟病 (Ralstoniasolanacearum )是我国南方甘薯生产上危害极大的病害 ,也是国内植物检疫对象。在国外尚无对此病的研究报道 ,在国内的广西、广东、江西、湖南、浙江、福建等省先后开展甘薯瘟病研究 ;以广东、广西、浙江和福建省研究的工作较多。研究的主要方面有病原菌的鉴定和寄主范围 ,侵染和传播途径、发病条件、品种抗病性及药剂防治等。今后研究的途径 ,比较一致的看法是从抗病品种、栽培技术和消灭菌源等方面着手。应该从系统的角度考虑 。

In the south of China, Ralstonia solanacearum was a kind of disease that had exceedingly serious damage to sweet popato production, the disease was one of the plant quarantine objects at home. No research has been reported abroad, but research is carried out in Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan and some other Provinces. The main study contents include identification, host range, invasion, spreading ways and conditions for occurrence of the pathogenic fungi and resistance of varieties to the disease and chemical controlling, etc.From the relatively identical view, the study should be carried out mainly on varieties of resistance to the disease, cultivating technology and abolishment of fungi sources, etc. Systematic consideration should be given and comprehensive control should be carried out.
