A Study of Mathematical Model for Evaluating Forest Land

从马克思的平均利润和生产价格理论出发 ,结合林业经营的特点 ,建立了以立地质量、集材距离和运材距离为变量的林地计价模型。该模型适用于有林地和无林宜林地的评估 ,简单实用 。

Based on Marxist land rent and price theory, combined with forestry management, the mathematical model for evaluating forest land has been set up, which takes site quality, yarding distance and logging distance as variables. This model is explicit, convenient and practical for evaluating forest land and non-forest land.
