摘要
目的讨论临床护士压力源以及影响因素,为减轻护士压力对策提供理论依据。方法选择我院护士100名为调查对象,对护理工作中存在的压力以及压力来源进行调查,分析护士压力的影响因素。结果压力源各方面,患者护理方面的得分最高,其次为护理专业及工作方面,工作环境及设备方面的得分最低。排名前5位的子条目分别为经常倒班、病区拥挤、工资低、环境差、家属不礼貌。不同人事关系护士在护理专业及工作、时间分配及工作量、患者护理方面压力源得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床护士的压力源较多,与工作环境、待遇等问题也密切相关,医院管理人员应重视护士的压力源,采取相应的措施,缓解护士的压力,从而提高其工作质量以及生活质量。
Objective To analyze pressure source of clinical nurses. Methods Selected 100 nurses as subjects. Pres- sure an pressure source were surveyed, and influencial factors were analyzed. Results In all aspects of pressure sources, score of service object of nursing was highest. Next was nursing works. Scores of working conditions and in- struments were lowest. The first 5 items were often shift work, ward crowded, low wages, poor environment, bad man- ners of family members. Pressure source in nursing works, tme allotment and workload, service object of nursing of different organizational affiliation had significant difference (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Pressure sources of clinical nurses are correlated with work environment and payment. Managers of hospital should take attention about pressure sources of nurse, and take some steps to reduce pressure, to improve quality of work and life.
