摘要
目的比较两种不同树脂水门汀粘接纤维桩进行全冠修复的临床效果。方法 90颗单根管残根患牙随机分为A、B组各45颗牙,A组使用Macro-Lock Illusion全酸蚀树脂粘接水门汀,B组使用RelyX Unicem通用自粘结树脂型水门汀,各自按操作标准进行纤维桩粘接,形成树脂核后全冠修复。通过临床及X线检查比较两组的临床修复成功率。结果 A组临床修复成功率为95.6%,B组临床修复成功率93.3%,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RelyX Unicem通用自粘结树脂型水门汀和Macro-Lock Illusion全酸蚀树脂粘接水门汀粘接纤维桩均获得了良好的临床修复效果。
Objective To explore the effects of two different resin cements on the bonding fiber posts and crown . Methods Ninety teeth in 78 cases were randomly divided into two group with 45 in each, A group used Macro-Lock Illusion total etch system to bond fiber posts,B group used RelyX Unicem self-adhesive system to bond fiber posts. Results After observation for 6 months to 2 years ,together with clinical observation and X-ray examination,the success ratio in A and B groups reached 95.6%and 93.3% respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclustion RelyX Unicemself-adhesive system and Macro-Lock Illusion total etch system all have good effect on bonding fiber posts.
