不同鲤鱼种间DNA遗传标记多态性 被引量:13

摘要 用 8 4个随机引物对黑龙江野鲤 (CyprinuscarpiohaematopterusTemmincketSchlegel)和柏氏鲤(CyprinuspellegrinipellegriniTchang)进行种间RAPD分析 ,结果共扩增出 4 84个片段 ,二者共有的扩增片段为 13个 ,黑龙江野鲤特有的为 2 33个 ,柏氏鲤特有的为 2 2 5个 ,这些特异片段可做为黑龙江野鲤和柏氏鲤的分子遗传标记。并对其特有的片段进行了命名。 2个体间的相似率为 0 .0 2 8,遗传距离为 0 .972 。 Two species of carps Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temminck et Schlege and Cyprinus pellegrini pellegrini Tchang were analysed using 84 random primers by RAPD method. Four hundred and eighty-four fragments were generated, and 13 fragments are shared by 2 species of carps. Two hundred and thirty-three fragments are proudced only from DNA samples of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temminck et Schlege, and 225 fragments are produced only from Cyprinus Pellegrini Pellegrini Tchang. These distinctive DNA fragments can be used for molecular genetic marker. Similarity rate of the amplified DNA bands between the 2 species was 0.028, and genetic distance was 0.972, indicating that the genetic distance of the 2 species is far.
