基于水资源短缺的21世纪中国粮食安全战略

STRATEGY FOR CHINA′S GRAIN SECURITY IN THE 21’ST CENTURY BASED ON THE REALITY OF SHORTAGE IN WATER RESOURCES

在全面分析考证中国粮食供需现状、未来变动态势和水资源日益短缺以及人口增加、粮食增长对水资源的需求增强后 ,提出了 2 1世纪中国解决水资源短缺、确保粮食安全的若干政策。

This paper analyzes the current situation of the demand for and supply of grain in China, the tendency of their change in the future and water shortage faced by the country, points out that the growth of population and the expansion of grain production will increase the demand for water resources, and puts forward some counter-measures for China to solve its problem of water shortage and ensure grain security in the 21’st century.
