摘要
采用 PEG-60 0 0 (聚乙二醇 )浸润大豆种子 (黑脐 91 -1 ) ,能显著提高种子萌发率和幼苗活力 ,降低吸水萌发时的外渗电导率 ,其中以 2 0 %PEG( W/W)处理 8h,效果最为显著。在大豆萌发过程中 ,PEG处理组的呼吸速率初始低于对照 ,之后增加迅速 ;超氧阴离子 ( O- 2 · )含量显著低于对照组、超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)活性和过氧化物酶 ( POD)的活性均显著高于对照 ;脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 ( MDA)的积累量明显低于对照。表明经
Soybean seeds were retreated with different concentration of PEG 6000. The result showed that the germination rate and vigour index of soybean seed pretreated increased notably, and the conductivity rate decreased compared to the control, and the pretreatment with 20% PEG (W/W) for 8 hours was the most effective. During germinating period, the respiratory intensity was lower than that of the control at the first, but increased rapidly afterwards; the rate of O - 2 · production was lower than that of the control, the specific activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the activity of peroxidase (POD) all increased, while the accumulation of MDA was lower than those of the control. This indicated that the increasing of vigour index through pretreatment with PEG have interned relations with the increasing of avtivity oxygen metabolism.
