摘要
在当前经济全球化的大背景下,各国之间的国际商务交往活动日益频繁,而国际商务谈判是商务活动中一个至关重要的环节。由于不同国家的谈判者具有不同的语言习惯、文化背景、风俗习惯、价值观念以及思维模式,这就使得国际商务谈判中的跨文化障碍日益凸显。因此,只有有效可行的沟通策略来跨越和避免谈判中的文化障碍和冲突,才能促使国际商务谈判顺利进行,从而实现经贸领域双赢的局面。
Under the overall background of the economic globalization, the international business activities have become significantly frequent. The international business negotiation plays a critical role in all of the business activities. Negotiators from different countries have different languages, cultural backgrounds, customs, values and thinking pattern, which made the cross-cultural barriers become increasingly prominent. Therefore, only through the effective communication strategies, we can cross and avoid cultural barriers and conflicts in the negotiations, thus can encourage the international business negotiations go smoothly, so as to realize the win-win situation in the economic and trade field.
