摘要
为给克隆无蜡粉基因提供理论依据 ,减少无蜡粉基因分子标记的工作量 ,对用白菜型油菜有蜡粉材料 C1 -33与甘蓝型油菜无蜡粉材料 1 0 47种间杂交获得的 F1 ,自交所得 F2 ,以及与 C1 - 33回交获得的 BC1 ,BC2 代的蜡粉性状分离进行了观察 .结果表明 ,1 0 47中显性无蜡粉基因位于甘蓝型油菜的
Brassica rapa accession C1 33 was crossed with waxless inbred line 1047 of B.napus. The F 1 hybrids were selfed or backcrossed to C1 33 as male parent.The observation of segregation for waxlessness in F 2,BC 1 and BC 2 showed that the dominant gene for waxlessness in line 1047 was located at genome A of B.napus. The results will provide a foundation for molecular mapping and cloning of the gene.
