摘要
目的:优选蒙药狗尾草果实中总鞣质的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法L9(34)设计该试验,以狗尾草果实中的总鞣质含量作为考察指标,采用络合滴定法测定含量,考查影响鞣质提取的因素,优化狗尾草果实中总鞣质的提取方法和条件。结果:优选工艺为选用12倍药材量的70%丙酮,超声提取1 h,功率70 W。结论:优选工艺提取的总鞣质含量较高,该工艺合理可行。
Objective：To optimize the extraction conditions for total tannin from Setaria viridis （L.） Beauv. ripe fruits. Methods： Orthogonal test was used to screen the optimal the extraction conditions. The content of total tannin was choosed as the assessment index, compleximetry was used for the measurement. Results：The best conditions for the extraction process were as followed. The ratio of material to solution as 1：12,70% acetone solution, extracting for 60 minutes by ultrasonic wave. Conclusion ： The optimum extraction process is reliable with higher extracting ratio of the active components.
