摘要
目的:提取并测定两不同产地蒙药云香十五味丸中黄酮类化合物的含量。方法:以甲醇作为提取溶剂,采用索氏提取器提取样品中的黄酮类化合物,以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定其含量。结果:回归方程为A=0.34452 C+0.0222,r=0.9983,定量测定线性范围为16.08~96.48μg/mL,加样回收率为97.33%~100.05%,RSD=1.14%。测得两不同产地蒙药云香十五味丸中的黄酮类化合物的平均含量分别为11.13 mg/g与18.52 mg/g。结论:本法操作简便,重复性好,便于推广使用,适合于丸制剂药物中黄酮类化合物含量的测定。
Objective: To extract and determine the content of flavonoids in two kinds of Mongolian medicines pills of fifteen ingredients of Yunxiang from different producing areas. Methods:Taking methanol as solvent extraction and rutin as a reference substanc, to extract flavonoids from sample with Soxhlet extraction device and to determine its content by using spectrophotometry. Results: The regression equation is A = 0. 34452 C + 0. 0222, r = 0. 9983, the linear range of quantitative determination was 16.08 -96.48 g/mL , and the recovery rate was 97.33% - 100.05, RSD = 1.14%. The average determination of flavonoids in two kinds of Mongolian medicines pills of fifteen ingredients of Yunxiang were 11.13 mg/g and 18.52 mg/g respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, repeatable, promotionable and suitable to determine the content of total flavonoids in pills medicines.
