With the comparison and analysis on the energy basic conditions between USA, Canada and China and the full and detail statement on the energy saving measures of USA and Canada, there were the inspirations in 10 aspects to China energy saving works. Meanwhile the paper stated and analyzed the main problems in 6 aspects existed in China present energy saving works. The proposals were provided on how to well conduct China energy saving works.
