The paper analyzed the main problems existed in the funds management of the coal enterprises. The paper considered that the coal enterprises could intensify the fund budget monitoring and control and establish the enterprise＇ s virtual cash pool and other method with the two lines of the fund income and expenditure conducted individually. The centralized management and control capacity of the funds should be improved and the fund cost and operation risk should be reduced in order to provide a powerful fund support to the sustainable and stable development of the enterprises.
