摘要
文章通过对反射器天线型面精度问题的分析和对半刚性曲面调整技术的比较,研究了调整装置刚度对曲面调整特性的影响。首先,对曲面调整结构进行了简化,将曲面与调整装置间连接简化为刚性连接模型;然后,通过改变调整结构中调整装置长度和直径,定量分析了不同参数情况下调整点作用面积、曲面调整精度和曲面调整收敛速度的变化情况。
Through the analysis of reflector antenna surface accuracy and comparison of semi - rigid surface adjustment technology, the relationship between the actuators" stiffness and the surface adjusting effect is discussed in this paper. First, the surface support structure is simplified, the connection between the surface and actuators considered as the rigid connection model. Then, by varying the actuator length and diameter, the change of actuator point influence area, surface accuracy and constringency speed depending on different parameters is analyzed quantitatively.
