农村中小学体育骨干教师培训模式创新研究

Research on Training Model Innovation of Sports Teacher in Rural Primary and Middle Schools

通过对我国当前农村中小学骨干教师培训模式进行科学性的研究,主要从培训主体角度来构建"院校培训模式、研训结合培训模式、校本培训模式(包括导师制培训模式、远程教育培训模式)"相结合的多元化农村中小学体育骨干教师培训模式,并对其应用策略进行了初步的探讨。为教育职能部门开展相关方面的工作提供理论和实践参考。

This paper makes research on training model innovation of sports teacher in rural primary and middle school. The result shows that the taining model includes college training, research and training, school-based train- ing in rural primary and middle schools. The corresponding measurements are discussed. The main purpose is to provide theoretical and practical reference for education department.
