社会体育指导与管理专业学生择业适应性研究——以湖南理工学院为例

Study on Adaptability of Career Guidance and Management of Social Sports Majors——Taking Hunan Institute of Science and Technology as an Example

采用实证研究对我校社会体育指导与管理专业大学生社会适应性进行预测。研究结果表明:我校学生人际交往能力、学习能力较好,但是学习目标较为盲目,对专业学习兴趣不浓,社会实践针对性不强,职业生涯规划不理想。

The empirical research is made on our guidance and management of social sports major student＇s social adaptability prediction. The results show that the students of our school interpersonal skills, learning ability is good, but learning goals are more blind, for the professional not strong interest in learning, social practice, the perti- nence is not strong,occupation career planning is not ideal.
