摘要
生本教育是以学生为本,为学生好学而设计的教育,遵循"以学定教、少教(讲)多学,先学后教"的教学原则。而以学生发展为中心,关注个体差异与不同需求,而根据学生性别、性格、身体素质、运动技能等综合因素进行的小学体育分组分层教学,从"以学定教"切入,是实现生本教育理念的有效途径。通过实验得出以下结论:生本教育理念下小学体育分层教学,能让不同层次的学生有相应的发展平台,这极大地激发了学生的运动兴趣,充分调动学生学习与练习积极性;能以每个学生为本,解决个体差异问题,使学生更快、更好地掌握动作要领,提高运动技能;能较好发展学生身体素质;能使教学氛围更融洽,交流更顺畅,学生思维更活跃,主体意识与合作意识得到明显增强;能体会到成功的快乐,身心愉悦,为"终生体育"打下良好基础。
Student education is based on students, and designed for students to learn education,following the teaching principle of determined to learn to teach ,teach less, learn more, learning before teaching. Taking the de- velopment of students as the center, pay attention to individual differences and different needs. Based on students gender, personality ,physical fitness, motor skill, the primary school hierarchical teaching is carried out. Taking the point of determined to learn to teach is the effective way to realize idea of student education. The result shows that the primary school hierarchical teaching under the student education idea can provide the students of different levels corresponding development platform, greatly stimulate the students' interest in sports ,fully mobilize students learning enthusiasm and practice. Taking each student as basis ,solving the individual problem,making students to better grasp the essentials, improving motor skill, developing students physical fitness, making more harmonious teaching atmosphere, the communication more smooth ,more active student thinking, and laying solid foundation for lifetime sports.
