摘要
为了解中学生身体自我概念与运动参与之间的关系,本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对中学生身体自我概念与运动参与行为之间的关系进行研究,分别从锻炼项目、锻炼频率、锻炼时间和锻炼强度等因子以及性别的差异进行探讨,结果表明:中学生身体自我概念的各个维度与体育锻炼活动参与的各个因子间存在着显著相关关系,但不存在明显的性别差异。本研究旨在为中学教师指导学生锻炼提供解决方案,从而达到增进中学生身体素质和全面健康的目的。
To explore the relationship between the middle school students' physical self-concept and the exercise participation. By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, it made a survey and analysis on the relationship between physical self-concept and exercise of project, frequency, time, strength participation in middle school students. The analysis shows that there is not a significant, gender in the physical self-concept level. There are significant, correlation between each dimension of physical self-concept and exercise participate. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution for the middle school teachers to improve students' physical fitness and overall health.
