高校游泳馆运营现状及发展策略——以韶关学院为例

Status of Operation and Development Strategy of College Indoor Swimming Pool——Taking Shaoguan University as an Example

以韶关学院游泳馆设施现状、经营管理模式和开发情况作为研究对象,分析存在的问题和潜在的不足。在满足学校的教学训练任务的前提下,充分挖掘现有的游泳馆资源,建立一套科学、合理的游泳馆产业化管理模式,进行合理有效的开发和管理,从而使高校资源更好地为师生服务,同时,为社会全民健身运动提供优质服务,实现社会效益与经济效益的最大化,也为国内其他高校游泳馆的管理与开发提供一定的参考与借鉴,为高校体育的可持续发展提供新思路。

This paper makes use of the present situation of the facility, management mode and development condi- tion of Shaoguan University＇ s indoor swimming pool as the research object,analyzes the existing problems and po- tential insufficiency. Under the premise of satisfying the school＇ s teaching and training tasks,in order to make the resources to provide better services for our teachers and students, we fully excavate the existing resources of the pool,try to establish a set of scientific a^d reasonable swimming pool industrialization management pattern to de- velop and manage the natatorium rationally and effectively. At the same time,we try to make it becoming a facility which could offer the high-quality service for the extensive mass fitness program,realize the maximization of social benefits and economic benefits, and also afford some references for the management and development of other do- mestic university natatorium,provide new ideas for a sustainable development of college physical education.
