摘要
卓越工程师教育培养计划的核心是通过创建校企合作的"3+1"培养模式(学训工结合3+0.25+0.75),强化学生的实践能力。即引企入校,校企共建校内实验实训基地,在校园内打造工程环境;送生入企,按照企业培养方案培养工程型人才;送课进企,在学训工结合的氛围中完成理论教学;以科研项目、学科竞赛项目、创新项目为牵引,培养学生实践与创新能力。
The core of the Outstanding Engineer Training Program is to enhance student ability of practice through a"three plus one"cul-tivation pattern of college-enterprise cooperation, an integration of learning, training and work in 3+0.25+0.75 years. The program is aimed at partnering a college with enterprises to build on-campus practical training bases, creating an engineering environment on campus;sending students to the enterprises, cultivating engineering talents according to the training projects of the enterprises;introducing courses into the enterprises, completing the theoretical teaching in a learning-training-work atmosphere;and fostering student practical and inno-vation ability by the motivation of research projects, discipline competition projects and innovation projects.
