当前ERP软件系统使用中面临的人为因素和客观因素导致的风险,具体包括录入错误、篡改数据、病毒危害、网络风险及硬件损坏风险等。防范ERP软件系统安全风险,通过加强人员管理、提高风险意识,修补漏洞以达到防范人为因素造成的安全风险;客观因素导致的安全风险可以通过优化网络运行环境,多做备份来防范风险。
The application of ERP software system has some risks caused by both human factors and objective factors including type-in errors, data falsification, virus damage, interact risks and hardware breakdown. Artificial safety risks can be prevented by enhancing per- sonnel management, increasing risk awareness, and repairing loopholes; objective risks can be minimized by optimizing online operating environment and making more backups.
