Comparison of China's OFDI in the Russia-Belarus-Kazakhstan Customs Union

中国对俄、白、哈关税同盟市场投资有利于双方建立互利的经济合作新模式,投资拉动将成为出口增长新动力。中国对同盟成员国投资流量分布不均衡,但均保持较快增速。投资存量横向比较偏低,纵向比较增长良好,国别比较差异明显。投资领域选择偏重采矿业和农林牧渔业等第一产业,对制造业和服务业投资不足。中国应理性认清当前对同盟市场投资发展的成绩与不足,采取合理的拓展手段,实现投资规模与水平质的飞跃。

China＇s 0FDI in the Russia-Belarus-Kasakhstan customs union will benefit the two sides in establishing a new mutually ben- eficial economic cooperation model. The pulling of investment will be a new momentum for export growth. China＇s investment in the mem- ber countries of the union is not even in allocation, but all maintains high increasing speed. The horizontal comparison of investment stock is low; the vertical shows a favorable increase, differentiated obviously among the countries. The investment is concentrated in the first industry such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishing; that in manufacturing and services is insufficient. China should make clear and rational understanding of the achievements and insufficiency of the investment towards the union＇s market and take proper exploration measures to realize a qualitative leap of investment in terms of scale and level.
