大学新生适应期人际关系问题及对策研究

Interpersonal Relationship Issue of College Entrants During Adaptation Period and the Countermeasures

大学生处于一种渴求交往、渴求理解的心理发展时期,良好的人际关系是他们心理正常发展、个性保持健康的必然要求。大学新生适应期人际关系适应不良的表现是缺乏主动性,容易被误解为不合群;过于在乎别人的看法,容易陷入焦虑;自我意识发生偏离,出现交际恐惧。其原因:家庭经济状况因素,高校管理模式对师生间交往的影响,同学间不同的生活背景对人际关系的影响,青春期心理对异性人际关系的影响。解决大学生人际交往问题,应构建良好的校园文化氛围,促进学生人际关系交往,建立以学生为本的人格教育体系,建立正确健康的自我意识,加强自身的综合能力锻炼,创建良好的人际关系。

College students are in a psychological phase aspiring to be associated and understood, so good interpersonal relationship is essential to the healthy development of their psychology and individuality. During this phase, entrants with bad interpersontll relationship usually fall short of activeness, being misunderstood as asocial; overvalue the judgement of other people, being easily trapped in anxiety; and deviate from the right self-consciousness, causing communication fear. Reasons of the issue include family economic conditions, in- fluence of management patterns of colleges to the communication between students and teachers, the impact of different life backgrounds of students, and effect of adolescence psychology to the interpersonal relationship with the opposite sex. To cope with the issue, colleges should build a favorable campus culture atmosphere to facilitate the interpersonal communication of students and set up a student-oriented personality education system; students should have healthy self-awareness and enhance the development of their comprehensive compe- tence to create good interpersonal relations.
