摘要
分析电子商务企业知识管理的实施要求、实施困难,整合对比学者知识管理的关键成功要素,结合戴尔公司的案例,提出企业文化、网络技术和知识员工是我国电子商务企业实施知识管理的关键成功要素,冀望为我国电子商务企业知识管理的实施提供借鉴作用。
On the base of analyzing demarks and exploring major problems of Electronic Commerce to implement knowledge management, this paper studies the case of DELL according to the critical success factors of knowledge management put forward by other experts. Then the paper proposes three critical success factors which in order to guide China' s electronic commerce to develop its knowledge management successfully.
