CDX2基因甲基化在结直肠锯齿状病变中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 结直肠锯齿状癌变通路被认为是仅次于传统"腺瘤—癌"成瘤途径的第二条重要癌变通路。目前迫切需要更多分子水平的指标成为发现结直肠锯齿状病变早期癌前病变的依据,提高结直肠癌的诊断和治疗水平。在结直肠锯齿状病变中可以检测到CDX2基因甲基化,因此,正确认识CDX2基因甲基化与结直肠锯齿状病变的关系对早期预防和诊断、治疗结直肠癌有重要意义。
