摘要
在推进城镇化和城市群过程中,政府间之间大量的信息共享活动是通过协商来完成的,如何提高政府间的协商效率和协商成功率已成为重要的研究课题。针对政府间协商的特点,提出把基于案例推理技术应用到政府间协商当中,对其中的关键技术进行了深入的研究,提出了相应的推理逻辑框架模型。
In the process of promoting urbanization and urban agglomeration, a lot of information sharing activities between intergovernmental often accomplish by negotiation. It is an important problem that how to improve the efficiency and successful cooperation ratio for negotiation. According to the negotiation character of intergovernmental consultation, we put forward applying the technology of CBR to the negotiation of intergovernmental consultation and some key technologies have been studied. At last we have put forward the logic model for CBR in the negotiation.
