摘要 急性冠脉综合征(ACS)基本病理机制为冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂,继发血栓形成,引起冠状动脉急性狭窄或闭塞。目前研究结果显示,炎性反应在动脉粥样硬化斑块形成和破裂的过程中发挥重要作用。超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)是冠心病的危险因子,
