2型糖尿病患者血浆神经肽Y、B型钠尿肽、脂联素水平的变化 被引量：6

摘要 糖尿病合并高血压微血管病变的患者通常病史5～10年要考虑可能并发糖尿病肾病和心脑血管疾病，其发病机制十分复杂。已有较多的报道研究血浆神经肽Y（NPY）或B型钠尿肽（BNP）或脂联素与糖尿病的关系，但三者在血液中的含量之间的相互关系还未见报道。
