摘要
目的:评价硅橡胶轻体加藻酸盐材料印模法制作铸造桩核的临床效果。方法:选取2009年1月至2010年12月在广东省江门市口腔医院修复科行桩冠修复的患者350例(350颗患牙)作为研究对象,根据材料的不同分为实验组(硅橡胶轻体加藻酸盐印模法,175例)和对照组(硅橡胶印模法,175例),根据临床检查和X线检查结果评价密合性。结果:实验组和对照组铸造桩临床检查满意者、X线检查满意者分别为170例(97.1%)和171例(97.7%)、172例(98.3%)和169例(96.6%),两组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.736,0.311)。结论:硅橡胶轻体加藻酸盐印模法制取桩核效果良好,是修复残根残冠的有效方法。
Objective:To investigate the effects of the impression prepared by silicone light rubber and alginate on casting of the posts and cores. Methods: A total of 350 teeth derived from 350 patients in Jiangmen Stomatologic Hospital between January 2009 and December 2010 were randomly assigned to be subjected to post and core repair by root canal impression using silicone light rubber and alginate ( experimental treatment group, n = 175 ) or silicone-base impression (control group, n = 175 ). The tightness was assessed by clinical and X-ray examination. Results: The experimental treatment group, did not differ statistically in the satisfaction to clinical examination (170 cases [97. 1%] vs. 171 cases [97.7%, P = 0. 736] or X-ray examination (172 cases [98.3% ]vs. 169 cases [96.6% ], P =0. 311 ). Conclusion: Preparation of the impression by using silicone light rubber and alginate is characterized by preferable outcomes and should be regarded as an effective approach for the repair of residual roots and crowns.
