热毒宁对流感病毒感染致AECOPD患者呼吸困难评分及氧化应激的作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究热毒宁对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并流感病毒感染患者呼吸困难评分及氧化应激水平的作用。方法:选取可疑病毒感染的慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)门诊患者320例,用RT-PCR方法检测病人痰液中流感病毒。共检出流感病毒阳性者42例,随机分为热毒宁组(接受热毒宁治疗)和对照组。比较治疗后,两组患者呼吸困难评分[呼吸困难表(MRC)和基础呼吸困难指数(BDI)]、诱导痰中氧化应激因子丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及血浆炎症因子(IL-6、IL-8)水平。结果:治疗后,热毒宁组BDI高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组MRC评分无统计学差异。热毒宁组诱导痰中MDA、SOD及血浆中IL-8的水平与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁通过调节氧化应激水平,改善流感病毒感染的慢性阻塞性肺疾病的呼吸困难情况。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Re-Du-Ning on airway oxidative stress and systemic inflammation of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with Influenza Virus infection. Methods Three hundreds of COPD out-patients suspected with respiratory virus were enrolled from respiratory clinic successively. Respiratory syndrome, sputum and blood samples had been collected in the first morning after enrolled. Influenza virus in sputum were detected by RT-PCR. Besides conventional therapy, all patients were treated with or without Re-Du-Ning injection. The patients with influenza virus in sputum were divided into 2 groups: Re-Du-Ning group, who received the treatment of Re-Du-Ning injection and control group, who received the treatment without Re-Du-Ning injection. BDI and MRC were evaluated by patients before and after the treatment. MDA and GSH in induced sputum as well as plasma IL-6 and IL-8 were detected before and after the treatment with different measures. Results After treatment, BDI not MRC of Re-Du-Ning group was higher than control group with significant difference, so as IL-8 (P〈0.05). MDA was decreased in treatment group than control group and the activity of GSH in treatment group were increased than control group (p﹤0.05). Conclusion Re-Du-Ning improves the respiratory syndrome and systemic inflammation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with influenza virus infection via regulating of the imbalance of oxidative stress.
