栀子中藏花素的药理学和药代动力学研究进展

Study on the pharmacology and pharmacokinetic of crocin in Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis

栀子为茜草科植物栀子(Gardenia Jasmi-noides Ellis)的干燥成熟果实,具有广泛的用途。藏花素是从栀子果实中提取出来的一类天然色素。实验研究发现藏花素具有多种药理学活性,如神经保护作用、抗肿瘤等。本文综述藏花素的药理学及药代动力学方面的研究进展,以期为藏花素的研发和临床应用提供依据。

Gardenia, dried from the ripe fruit of the Rubiaceous plant Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis, could be used widely. Crocin belong to natural pigments extracted from the gardenia fruit. Many studies found that crocin have a variety of pharmacology activities, such as neuro-protected effect, anti-tumor and so on. In recent years, lots of studies on pharmacology of crocin have been reported. This article summarizes the research progress of crocin on pharmacology and pharmacokinetics, in order to provide the basis for the development and clinical application of crocin.
